POST #3: TV SHOW🎥🎬

By my lights... The Office has been the funniest sitcom out there. 

It was in 2016 when I first saw The Office, and so far I haven't seen another comedy show that I like more than this one. Yes, I've seen Friends, which is one of my favorites, I've seen The Big Bang Theory, which is very good, but nothing compares to The Office.

The Office is an American TV show set in a paper sales office in Scranton, USA. Its release date was March 24, 2005, and its main character is "Michael Scott" played by Steve Carell, who in my honest opinion, is one of the best comedians of the time. Something unique about the show is that the recording adopts the mockumentary format, that is, it is presented as a recording of real life, although it is produced as a work of fiction; they act knowing that there are cameras, and they can look at them and even talk to the cameramen, but it is all fiction. This can make you feel like you are with them in each of the scenes, like you are part of them. I guess that's the purpose of the mockumentary format, that you can connect with the characters and feel close to them.

At first instance, this TV show maybe will make you feel "uncomfortable", due to certain jokes that are a bit out of place, but as the show goes on, you get used to it and enjoy it much more. The Office has great potential, there are no scenes that can get you bored, in each season you will feel more connected with each of the characters to the point of loving or even hating them. Oftentimes you will feel identified with the characters, you will share feelings in terms of friendship, love and teamwork. Suddenly you will probably feel the desire to work in an office as in the show, with "weird" colleagues and with random things happening around you. Within the show there are many scenarios, there are sad episodes, also with a bit of drama, adventure, etc. But all of them will always make you laugh a lot.

I remember that it took me a little over a year to finish it. Even though I liked it so much, I didn't want to finish it so fast. And I'm so happy because this year I could see that a lot of people were watching it and I read a lot of good comments about it. So I take the opportunity in this post to recommend The Office if you haven't seen it yet. It doesn't matter how sad or stressed you are; this show will make you feel 100% better, it's the best audiovisual comedy, at least that's what I think.
