POST #9: SHORT STORY📕🖌️✨

By my lights… creating a short story has been one of the most fascinating experiences throughout my five-year college journey.

It has been a while since I last wrote here and I missed it, tbh :). So, today I’ll be sharing my experience writing a short story. As all of already know, creating a story requires a lot of knowledge, patience, creativity, and time. To be honest, at the beginning, I thought it would be complicated, but I must say that my team is the best! Yes, my team is the most creative, funny, and organized I have ever been a part of.

Even though we had a few nights where we went to bed a bit late, given that many of us have work commitments, we totally enjoyed this experience. In our first meeting, we talked about a lot of ideas; everyone thought of a different theme, such as aliens, war, love, powers, etc. Due to the fact that we are 7 members in the group, we had so many good ideas that, in the end, we decided to blend them and create something about war, love, and powers. In that same meeting, we brainstormed characters and began to develop the story a bit, but we decided to have another meeting the next day to bring in new ideas and start writing our masterpiece, 😂😂.

In that second meeting, we had a lot of fun! We began the story together, and that was what I loved the most; everyone contributing ideas to the story. We went to bed a bit late that night, but we had so much fun. The next day, each member had to individually develop and improve paragraphs of the story. Then, later that night, we gathered and finalized the story together, and we all really loved it. We enjoyed the experience, and personally, I think that our story is really interesting. This would be for sure an experience I will never forget. One of the things I truly loved is that the names of the characters are the names of some of our friends, who, unfortunately, were unable to enroll in this course with teacher Analía :(. 

To conclude, personally, I think recording the audio was the most difficult thing to do, because there was a lot of noise, but in the end, everything turned out well. I must say that I loved this experience, I thank my group for being the best, and, I also want to thank Miss Analía for teaching us so many things during this semester, for teaching us how a story can be developed and how important it is to be creative, but most important, how important literature is.
